You can download the latest PalmRouter driver from Macsense Connectivity Technical Support page. If you can not access the web through the PalmRouter, try connecting to the web without the PalmRouter first and downloading the new driver for the installation. The latest version of drivers is v2.1.1 for Mac and v2.0 for PC. The new Mac driver supports up to 16 users, ISDN, and includes some modem initial strings.
